I’m Kelly, a passionate and innovative learning & development consultant/trainer. I specialize in learner and user experience design. I believe the most effective way to connect with learner’s and their best retention tools is to start with the heart. Using strategic practices, I work with learners to ensure the training is effective and matches their learning style.

Partnering with my employer to determine the objectives and developing training that will best solve the training needs. I combine my knowledge of learning science and digital technology to create trainings and assets for optimal learning and enrichment.

Throughout my two-decade career, I have served in many professional roles in various industries. Including, Technical Trainer, Customer Experience Team Trainer/Learning & Development Specialist, Section 508 Compliance Consultant, and Learning Experience Design Consultant.

I can create a beginning-to-end training product or plug in as a member of your production team at any step of the product life cycle from research to testing.

As the name suggests, self-paced learning allows learners to consume learning material at their convenient time. These pre-recorded courses are available online, and you can access them using the internet.
